1. Our Philosophy on Returns
Every article in the Budget Friendly Basket directory is curated to meet the highest standards of design and utility. However, we understand that an item may occasionally fail to perfectly align with your lifestyle. We offer a refined, seamless return process to ensure your absolute satisfaction.
2. Returning Physical Articles
Physical goods (including Home Essentials, Personal Care, and Food & Beverages) may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the article must be unused, in its original pristine condition, and enclosed within its original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain Personal Care and consumable Food & Beverage items cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken.
3. Digital & SaaS Subscriptions
Due to the immediate access granted by digital products, all Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions, Antivirus licenses, and Cloud Storage plans are subject to a strict 7-day cancellation window.
If you are unsatisfied with a digital tool within the first 7 days of activation, you may request a full cancellation and refund. After this period, digital subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent future billing cycles.
4. The Refund Process (Cash on Delivery)
Because Budget Friendly Basket exclusively utilizes Cash on Delivery (COD) for physical transactions, refunds cannot be issued directly to a credit card. Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer to your provided account, or issued as Budget Friendly Basket Store Credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 5-7 business days for bank transfers to clear.
